| Often called aquatic four leaf clover, this is a true aquatic easy to grow carpet plant under LOW light or better. It grows much like Glossostigma except under lower light and not as fast. Marsilea is actually in the fern family and spreads by long creeping rhizomes. Emersed grown the plant is much taller and has the four lobe leaf. Underwater growth is much shorter and the leaves usually have one or two lobes.
