Product Code: SPHYGROANG

Description

Hygrophila corymbosa var angustifolia is a large stem plant with narrow leaves on thick stems that sway in a current like a weeping willow tree, (sometimes called willow hygro). Grows fairly quickly under moderate to strong light, sucking up nitrate and keeping the water clean.  Nice plant for the background or corner. Tops may be cut and re-planted

Great plant August 26, 2009

This hygrophilia doesn't take over your tank.  It grows really nice anywhere you put it, any cuttings grow wherever you put them too.  It doesn't seem to have any demands at all, just does it's job cleaning water and doesn't make you crazy having to trim it constantly.  I put it everyplace, it's the most agreeable plant I can think of.
