I can't believe what Brian of Michigan wrote. I have never been able to get stem plants arrive in decent shape except from a state right by mine. The bag and ice packs got my stem plants here, all my plants, here in fine shape. All my orders from Aqua Botanic have always been packaged with care, that's why I keep coming back. I did order from a big company back east once and had the whole order come rotted like old lettuce, only thing alive were a lot of snails. I don't know how anyone can possibly complain about Robert's care of plants. I've never seen algae on anything. I've seen the worst and I consider him to be one of the best. Add his selection which always changes and really decent prices and I call him my favorite. And he's a real live person you can talk to. What more can you possibly ask for?
